Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from sholrynniudhap. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Include your order number and reason for return
• Package the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item to our address: 53 Main North Road, Papanui, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Custom or personalized products
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
